We were engaged to help Asset Management Ireland (With premises in Mallusk, Northern Ireland and Dublin, Republic of Ireland) prepare for their upcoming ISO27001:2013 surveillance audit just months before the audit date. AMI’s previous consultant sadly passed away and unfortunately, a lot of the understanding around the systems and evidence of compliance were lost. We were tasked with streamlining the existing ISMS (Information Security Management System) and preparing for the upcoming ISO27001 audit (November 2018). This involved recreating a lot of the evidence required and removing a lot of the redundant / duplicated components of the ISMS. Given the close proximity of the audit and the amount of work required to catch up, we were able to pool our resources and 2 of our consultants successfully achieved the end goal of assisting AMI with retaining their ISO 27001 : 2013 certification in November 2018
