Collins Solicitors, based in Randalstown, Northern Ireland, approached New Paradigm Consulting in May 2015. Collins Solicitors realised that in order to distinguish themselves from their competition, they needed to implement a quality management system that would meet the requirements of ISO 9001.
New Paradigm Consulting began the project of developing a streamlined quality management system that would meet the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008 in May 2015. The management team were pleasantly surprised at the level of admin required to manage the system and how much of it they were already doing! This gave the organisation the confidence to run with the newly developed system and fully integrate it within the day to day running of the business.
By 31st of July 2015 the company had passed their stage 2 certification audit. This is a great result for Philip, William and the rest of the team, as they managed to achieve certification in a very quick time period after receiving their training in early June. 2 full months from go live to full certification is a fantastic achievement and testament to the hard work and dedication shown by the team.
