Project Overview
Dr Bob Taylor, Managing Director of Aeromedics Ltd wished to enhance the service provided by his staff, by implementing a quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008. To achieve this, New Paradigm Consulting were contracted to review the company’s existing processes and develop a system that would compliment the existing high quality service. Refreshingly, the overall goal of the project was not simply to achieve certification, but to enhance the quality of service provided during each inter-hospital transfer.
The project began in June 2014 and the system’s framework & documentation was developed over a period of 2 months. In August 2014, New Paradigm Consulting delivered training on the management of the new system to the Aeromedics management team. The team were pleasantly surprised by the level of administration required to maintain compliance and grasped the requirements very quickly!
Based on Dr. Taylor’s feedback, New Paradigm Consulting has another happy customer!
