Employing over 1200 people, The Mount Charles Group are one of Ireland’s leading support service organisations, providing Catering, Cleaning and Vending services to the public and private sector.

Since 2011, New Paradigm Consulting has been assisting the Mount Charles Group to maintain and improve their existing Integrated Management System that is certified to ISO 9001 : 2008 & ISO 14001 : 2004 standards.

Our Principal ISO / AS consultant, Ryan Collins, assists the Group on a monthly basis to actively support the IMS Management Representative. This service removes the risks associated with appointing a part-time or full time employee and ensures the company are audit ready at any time.

The Mount Charles Group continues to use our service as it provides a cost effective option for management system maintenance and continuous access to up-to-date ISO standard related expertise and best practice. Ultimately providing The Mount Charles Group with peace of mind in the lead up to and during the external audit process.

The Mount Charles Group engaged the services of New Paradigm Consulting in June 2011 to co-ordinate the management of our Integrated Management System (IMS) that is certified against the requirements of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. At that time, we realised co-ordinating the system was becoming more difficult for our staff as the business was growing and they had other roles and responsibilities to carry out. Since then, Ryan has assisted us in maintaining our certification and streamlining our processes.
